Come and walk through the Dark Valley, at the foot of Aigüestortes i Sant Maurici National Park and learn how to identify the herbs, flowers, fruits and seeds as well as about their medical, nutritional and gastronomic uses. You will also learn to spot the plants used to make drinks such as ratafia or to make dyes and soaps. You will end up making your own medicine, recipe, liqueur or soap with the herbs you have collected in the field.
