“Adventures” mean … an adrenaline day in protected natural areas: via ferrata (free or with guide), hiking, MTB or trail in the morning; canyoning or speleology in Galamus gorges in the afternoon, and Saint-Antoine hermitage.
“Mysteries” mean … a day of myths and legends from Fenouillèdes, history and heritage: Chapel of Notre-Dame de Laval (listed 12th century altarpiece), Castel Fizel (defence tower), Château Saint-Pierre-de-Fenouillet, reliefs of Saint-Jaume gorges and visit of the area of the ancient fort of Caudiès-de-Fenouillèdes.
“Encounters” mean … a day of contact with the inhabitants of the villages of Haut-Fenouillèdes: discovery of ancestral know-how (leather and wood working), visit of farms and tasting together with the producers, encounter with the Fajas d’En Baillette, a unique tree, and with the furtive wildlife, if you are lucky.
“Sensations” mean … a day in a rich protected land full of feelings that will rekindle the hunters and gatherers you have inside in the company of the local wine-growers (discovery of grape varieties, lunch combining food and wine) as well as some intense moments offered around the four elements: pottery, landscapes along the lake, introduction to birdwatching.
