On October 2, the first seminar of the cycle was held in Tautavel
The POCTEFA Green Pyrenees Slow Tourism (GPS Tourism) project held on Tuesday 2nd October in Tautavel (Vallée de l’Agly, Department of the Eastern Pyrenees) was the first of the three seminars of the cycle: “Mobility experiences for sustainable tourism “.
A hundred people attended between public and private institutions, coming from different regions of both sides of the Pyrenees. The international assistance marked the cross-border nature of the GPS Tourism project, which aims to promote the natural and cultural heritage of the Pyrenees, through the development of a comprehensive cross-border model of tourism linked to sustainable mobility.
The next GPS Tourism seminars will take place on November 22, 2018 in Arrens-Marsous (Val d’Azun) and in March 2019 in the Parc Naturel Régional des Pyrénées Catalanes. The programs will soon be available on the web: www.gpstourism.eu.
