Final conference of the Green Pyrenees Slow Tourism project

Next Friday, November 29, the final conference of the GPS TOURISM project, Green Pyrenees Slow Tourism, will take place in Sort, Pallars Sobirà Regional Tourism Office.

Green Pyrenees Slow Tourism (GPS Tourism) is a tourism revitalization project based on the principles of sustainable mobility and ecomobility that has been promoted by nine partners from five territories on both sides of the Pyrenees.

The five territories that are part of GPS Tourism are the following:

-Consell Comarcal del Pallars Jussà

-Consell Comarcal del Pallars Sobirà

-Parc Naturel Régional des Pyrénées Catalanes

-Vallée de l’Agly

-Communauté de Communes Pyrénées Vallés des Gaves


On Friday, after the institutional presentations by the program partners, a presentation of the development and results of the project will be made by the head of ranks, the Regional Council of Pallars Jussà and a conference on the future of tourism from an ecomobility and sustainability perspective.

The day will end with a meal with all the participants standing.(Program of the day is attached).
